In close cooperation with our customers and the TÜV, we have developed and delivered an explosion protection concept that is unique on the market so far. This way, erection of the exhaust systems and components indoors could be implemented.
The waiver of many previously necessary ex-protection components not only saves purchasing and service costs, but also permits operation of the exhaust systems at maximum efficiency.
In our customer's case, we used a high- vacuum and a medium-pressure suction. This sucks in and filters the arising dusts both right at the place of occurrence (robot head), as well as the fine dust still contained in the cabin air.
The cleaned air is blown into the hall in which the cabin is set up. Return to the processing cell would have been possible as well.
