Filter units FEP are equipped with cartridge filters and produced in our modular build. A filter unit is part of an extraction system and connected to a separately placed compressor. Thus, dust, smoke, granulates and chips can be filtered easily.
The cartridge filters chosen to match your operation ensure a long service life and low operating costs. Different filters permit extraction of almost any medium.
The filter unit FEP is cleaned manually, by rotational cleaning or with the jet impulse procedure, depending on design. The collected dusts end up in a movable dust collection container, which permits simple emptying. Optionally, other transport and discharge elements can be connected to the filter units FEP.
Filter units FES are equipped with hose filters and are also produced in our modular build. Removing of dust, granulate and chips by suction is possible here.
An integrated pre-separator ensures minimum filter precipitation. Again, it is possible to equip and expand the filter unit with different cleaning solutions, as well as transport and discharge elements.
Cyclone filter units FEZ are produced modularly in six sizes. With the centrifugal force, the tangentially connected cyclone filter units separate dust, chips and granulate from the air taken in. Cyclone filter units combine the cyclone principle with a cartridge filter. These are connected to a separately placed compressor.
Cyclone filter units FEZ are equipped with filter cartridges by default - the use of filter hoses are also possible. Cleaning takes place with the jet impulse procedure. Collected dusts are removed into a movable dust collection container here as well.
We can use our well-tried modular build for the filter unit FEN as well. This filter unit can filter dust, chips and granulate.
The multi-phase filtration ensures maximum separation efficiency at minimum water consumption.
Filter units FOS are used for almost any application where mists and vapours of oils, emulsions and general liquids result. Our modular build achieves maximum flexibility and adjustment to your operation.
By their multiple filtration in three levels, the filter units ensure filtration of up to 99.995 %. Filtered liquids collected in the discharge element are drained via a discharge cock from the filter system. A siphon element can be used to ensure continuous discharge as an alternative. Optionally, the filter units can also be equipped with activated carbon post-filters to clean the filtered air of smells.
