Layer ventilation

During hall extraction according to the layer ventilation principle, the smoke is collected via a piping system at the hall ceiling and sucked into the exhaust system.

The dust is filtered from the air sucked into the exhaust system. The air now cleaned is either returned clamped into the hall through the piping system or directly blown outdoors. Switching can take place manually as well as gradually via the motor-powered shut-off flaps.

By sucking away the warm air at the ceiling of the hall and returning it in the lower area of the hall, an even temperature distribution is achieved. This can achieve energy cost savings up to > 25 %.
