Since this year, Ulmatec supports the basketball player of the first division of ratiopharm Ulm.
The Ratiopharm Ulm is the sporting sign of a whole region and celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2016. Since 2006 the club has played continuously in the EasyCredit basketball Bundes League, the highest German game class.
In the year 2011 the Ratiopharmarena was opened with 6,200 spectator seats. Since then, every Bundesliga home game of the Ulmer basketball player has been sold out.
