This way, the dusty goods can be removed pressure-freely, e.g. into an on-site container or onto a conveyor belt. The rotary vane type is chosen based on the bulk goods grain, the wear, flow behaviour and the bulk goods moisture. Rotary vane feeders type ZRS are produced in different design versions.

Double pendulum valves type DPK
Double pendulum valves by ULMATEC are used to continually separate powders or medium-grained bulk material from a filter unit. This way, the dusty goods can be removed unpressurised, e.g. into an on-site container or onto a conveyor belt.
ATEX double pendulum valves for dusts of gases can be supplied by ULMATEC as well.
Discharge sliders by ULMATEC are used when dusts to medium-grained bulk material are to be shut off or dosed. The discharge slider is chosen based on the bulk goods grain, the wear behaviour and the bulk goods moisture. ATEX discharge sliders for dusts of gases can be supplied by ULMATEC as well.
Helix-type conveyors by ULMATEC are used when pouring dusts are to be transported horizontally, diagonally or vertically. The transported amount depends on the rotating speed, the inner and outer diameter, the pitch, the fill level and the friction of the medium on the helix. Conveyor helices can be stiff or flexible (bending) helices.
