Layer-Blow-Ventilation

The hall extractions according to the layer-blow ventilation principle are used in large halls with a span of > 25 metres. The principle of layer-blow ventilation is combined with push-pull and mixing (diluting). All benefits of the individual systems can be presented and calculated in one system.

The smoke is sucked in via a piping system at the ceiling in the layer-blow ventilation and passed on to the exhaust system. The cleaned air is blown back into the hall. When clean air flows in and welding fumes rise up, not only the optimised extraction rate is achieved, but additionally also a thermal effect. Even large halls can be extracted with low energy introduction here.
