Duct silencers are used to blow cleaned exhaust out into the room or outdoors after calming downstream of the compressor unit. The standard range of our duct silencers covers all DIN diameters from DN 80 - 800 mm. They are produced as straight pipes and as bend silencers.
For maximum exhaust silencing, we are already working with 100 mm isolation as a standard. Of course, we can produce the duct silencers according to your requirements and wishes as well.
ULMATEC produces standardised machine housings for ventilators and other compressor types that are performed as stand-alone systems. These housings are designed for the respective application in size, fit and required accessibility and produced for the specific order. This ensures that the customer will always receive the best exhaust silencing.
Of course, we produce machine housings for third-party machines such as presses, point machines and similar as well.
Housings are produced by ULMATEC with a material thickness of 100 mm (standard). Of course, smaller and higher material thicknesses can be complemented as well.
